1️⃣CREATE A SCHEDULE. A daily plan can help to minimize anxiety and increase your productivity.
2️⃣THE WAY YOU START YOUR DAY MATTERS. Begin by listing 3 things that you’re grateful for. This can significantly impact how you spend the rest of your day.
3️⃣DEVELOP PROCESSES around how you get your work done.
4️⃣FIND THE COMMUNICATION TOOLS THAT WORK BEST FOR YOU. Consider the task – the content- timeliness and the receiver of the message for effective communication.
5️⃣SET HEALTHY BOUNDARIES AND HABITS. Be sure to maintain your body health to keep your mental health intact.
And in all- 6️⃣LOOK AT THE BRIGHT SIDE. Use this as an opportunity to showcase your ability to be flexible, productive and an encouraging and thoughtful team player in the face of challenging times. That will matter much more for your overall success.
