If life is like a routine and you want to find time to find ways for something important for you, here’s what you can do:
(1) Find your focus. It might be to get a promotion, increase your skill on the piano, or become a more effective parent.
(2) Pursue progress and forget perfection. The goal is on moving forward not how fast you go or how well you do it.
(3) Then schedule time for yourself. Begin in increments of 15 minutes and work your way up from there.
The more you are engaged the more time you’ll find to dedicate to what’s important to you. It’s Your Time Do it for YOU!
