Many people look at fear as an emotional enemy. But, the feeling of fear is just like any other emotion. Fear is an informer. It tells you that you need to do something. Not stop. Instead of trying to outrun fear, ask yourself, “What am I afraid of”? Then proceed with caution. Change your relationship with fear and you will change your life!
